Siemens Award for Best Paper in the Computers and Control Technical Group

From September 3 to 5, the SUPPRESS Research Group participated in the 46th Spanish Conference on Automatic Control (XLVI Jornadas de Automática), organized by the Spanish Committee of Automatic Control (CEA) at the Technical University of Cartagena. Automation system based on IEC 61499

The Universities of Seville and León have become the first educational institutions to commit to training in the innovative automation system based on the IEC 61499 standard. Both universities, through their engineering faculties, are already training masters and undergraduate students in the new system using Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Automation Expert platform, a leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation.
